From our humble beginnings, we are a small business based in Notting Hill, our Chef always wanted to share his passion & creativity with as many people as possible. Therefore we decided to go and make new friends around markets, pop up, shops, festivals - and NOMAD was born...

CHEF CEDRIC CARDOSO
25 years chef patissier started his carrier at Maison Blanc. He then moved to Gatineau before
spending few years at Soho House (in-charge of Cafe Boheme and Dean street) He's now for the past 8 years the Executive Product Development and Production Manager at Sally Clarke bakery.
